Shopify
- In the Shopify Admin Panel - Click "Settings"
- Then click "Notification" in the left menu
- Then click "Webhooks" and "Create Webhook"
- Select the event you wish to invite a customer from. We recommend "Order fulfillment", this event happens after a customers order has been fulfilled
- Make sure "Format" is set to "JSON" and "Webhook API version" is set to "2025-07"
- Now in Review Suite, head over to the campaign you wish these customers to be sent to - Click "Settings" and scroll down to "Webhook Manager"
- Under "Create", select "Shopify" and click "Save"
- Copy the URL, and paste it in the "URL" field back on Shopify
- Click "Save"
